Our mission is to gather as dental healthcare professionals of Asian decent within the Tri-State area (New York / New Jersey / Connecticut) to empower and support the future dental professionals within our communities. We seek to provide a supportive space to share our passion for oral health, while advocating for a lifelong commitment to education, mentorship and collaboration.

"I love AADS because it brings together minority groups that are often underrepresented in healthcare. Especially being a young, female Asian American dentist, I find it sometimes difficult to find a mentor and role model who share a similar background.
